PA materials
This is a series of high-performance PA materials characterized by high toughness, high strength, and lightweight properties. They can be used in the XR field, wearable technology, and special environment applications. If needed, we can provide the relevant TDS (Technical Data Sheets).
PU material
This is made using PU material through an in-mold foaming process. After molding, the product is soft, providing excellent protection for the items it encases.
PU material
This is a special material called PCL. It has several remarkable characteristics, such as complete biodegradability, suitability for medical applications, and transparency in a molten state at 58 degrees Celsius, allowing for easy shaping. Once cooled, its shape is fixed, and it can be reused. Currently, its most mature application is as a substitute for medical plaster.

This is a stamping and stretching process, characterized by closed ends, commonly used to manufacture sensor terminals.。
Spring Steel Bending
This is made using a spring steel bending process. Typically, after bending, the part cannot be used immediately and requires annealing to release the internal stress generated during processing. Note that the dimensions may change during this process, so it is usually necessary to create another sample based on the deformation after the initial sample.
